Acceptance
Meridian is operated by Sosa Research (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Signing in is optional and used only to save settings and use the chat analyst. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site beyond normal interactive use or in excess of published rate limits; probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limiting, or other controls; resell or redistribute the forecasts as a competing data feed without written permission; use the service to violate any law or the rights of others; or submit content you have no right to submit.
Not advice
Forecasts, scenarios, and probability estimates are research output, not financial, legal, medical, or political advice, as set out in full in our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms. You act on anything you see here at your own risk.
Intellectual property
The site, its models, and its published output are owned by Sosa Research or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the service for your own internal, non-commercial use. Third-party trademarks and data remain the property of their respective owners.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any forecast is correct or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sosa Research will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on any forecast. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sosa Research harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time via the contact form.
Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions go to the contact form.
